  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience

• Solid knowledge of accounting and management principles

• Organized, proactive, and self-directed mindset

• Excellent problem-solving and planning skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Motivation to develop relationships

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Experience with Yardi/Argus preferred
