ReSound Student Assistant, Software License Management in Ballerup, Denmark
In Software License Management located in Ballerup, Copenhagen we are looking for a Student Assistant, who can assist with develop Power BI/showback reports, to show the business what the cost are for using software and licenses.
In the role as Student Assistant in Software License Management, you will contribute to our purpose of showing the different business entities in GN, what the cost are related to using software and licenses in each cost center. You will together with the Manager for Software License Management, be responsible to develop showback reports in Power BI, do the presentation for stakeholders from the business and maintain the showback reports. Description of the process and governance around showback reports and some analysis of date, will also be a part of the role.
The Team You Will be Part of
Software License Management is place in GN IT and are a part of a bigger group – Digital Portfolio & Governance – which represents our ITSM solution – ServiceNow, how we plan our work via ADO and Portfolio & Governance.
In the Software License Management team, we work closely together with DPG, but also the rest of GN IT and the business. We provide mutual assistance, ensuring every day is filled with enjoyment.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Develop showback reports for different software vendors
Handle showback reports and do the presentation to stakeholders
Act as a binding between GN IT and the business related to showback and the purpose.
Collaborate with the IT Service Management team on Power BI reports and data analysis may occasionally be included in the responsibilities
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
Have a degree within engineering, business or economics
Are naturally curious and interested in learning more
Like to talk to people and do presentations for stakeholders
Have interest in making data analysis
Have experience with Power BI or displaying knowledge and interest in various development tools as it is beneficial
