Job Title: Clean Room Operator

SEEKING CLEANROOM ASSEMBLERS IN THE BALDWIN, WI AREA!

12-HOUR ROTATING SHIFTS (WILL ALLOW YOU EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!!)

COMPANY IS WILLING TO TRAIN ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES!

Job Description:

• Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.

• Print work orders, and view the production schedule

• Learn to manage mold cycles

• Troubleshooting basic equipment failures

• Perform preventive maintenance on the molds.

• Prepare equipment for upcoming work orders

• Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner

• Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech

Pay

• $18.25/hour – 37.25/hour

• Based off experience

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 schedule: 2 days working, 2 days off and 3 days working

• Day 1st Shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm (12hr shifts)

• Night 3rd Shift: 7:00pm - 7:30pm (12/hr Shifts)

Rotating Shifts:

• Week 1 Work Week - ( Working: Monday, Tuesday ) (Off Wednesday, Thursday) ( Working: Friday, Saturday and Sunday )

• Week 2 Work Week - (Off Monday, Tuesday) ( Working; Wednesday, Thursday ) (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Built in overtime

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in BALDWIN, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

• 2+ years of experience operating injection mold machines - 1+ year of machine troubleshooting/PM work - 1+ year of injection mold setup, setting molds in machines, running first articles * If people have experience operating injection mold machines, basic troubleshooting and PM work, they could fit for this role. They will put people through their apprenticeship program to grow into this role
