Duties
We are looking for a Workers Compensation Speciallist to join our team!
Summary-
A typical day will include the following
Participates in the marketing activities across all regions to promote new business with agents, brokers, prospects and conventions.
Solicit new business via in-house software and current agent relationships.
Develops and conducts a fixed number of planned and qualified marketing/business development appointments per month/quarter/annually.
Explains features and merits of policies offered.
Submits qualified submissions for processing to Underwriter in complete form with a request for quotation by following the Code of Business Conduct
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years' experience in carrier relationship management
Experience with workers comp carriers and multi-lines
Wholesale brokerage experience preferred

Salary
National Salary Range $125,843.00-$148,051.00
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
