EXACT STAFF Data Entry Clerk in Arvin, in Bakersfield, California

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Arvin, CA! You will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the organization. This role involves entering and maintain data in computer systems, providing general administrative support, and assisting with organizational tasks as needed.

Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/HR

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.

Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating, and routing as needed.

Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.

Electronic and of invoices processed as needed.

Generate monthly equipment cost reports, inside rental report, and inventory usage report.

Assist Admin Office Manager with various office administrative duties, as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have experience in data entry and be self motivated with minimum supervision.

10-key by touch preferred.

Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail.

Must be familiar with various office equipment.

Remote work not available for this position.

Occasional driving for the company may be required.

Must have a valid drivers license and a clean DMV driving record.

Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
