The Sr. Manager of Commercial Leadless Execution will play a critical role in helping to ensure the successful execution of AVEIR portfolio market expansion in the US. They will do this by working with the Director of Leadless Technology to identify and prioritize key opportunities within the US sales organization, through creative planning, data analysis, and program implementation. The ideal candidate would be a results-oriented, strategic thinker that is excited to develop new solutions for AVEIR commercial growth.

What You'll Work On

  • Review existing commercial landscape to identify common success factors. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies based on these factors, to achieve organizational goals.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer behaviors to prioritize new tactics for driving growth. Help inform strategic planning and portfolio strategy to create competitive advantages for Abbott CRM

  • Work closely with the sales organization to find solutions that enable them to better execute the leadless strategy. Uncover existing challenges and roadblocks preventing success to create solutions.

  • Propose prioritization of commercial resources by looking for largest-value opportunities and potential efficiencies

  • Translate strategies into tactical delivery plans and, working with various internal teams, monitor execution of the plan to drive desired results. Continuously analyze, summarize, and present results to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Participate in regional and area commercial meetings to better understand their approach to leadless in their markets.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create plans to drive leadless market share nationally.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in medical device industry

  • Proven experience in implementing effective commercial strategies.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated history of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze multiple streams of information and a desire to think creatively to solve complex problems.

  • Strong project management skills to accurately represent project status and deliverables to key stakeholders and management.

  • This position requires a considerable amount of business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen.

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
