Supervise undergraduate and graduate student personnel, teach basic research techniques as needed.Order lab supplies and assist with overall lab functioning.Keep detailed, accurate records of experimental data.Research using microbiological laboratory techniques, including sterile technique and maintenance of bacteria strains and bacteriophage stocks, cloning, sequencing, PCR, electrophoresis and various membrane and purification from infected cells: in vitro transcription assay purification.
