Partner with the assistant director of events and systems to support logistical planning including thematic programing, scheduling, site visits, catering, budgets, reimbursements and communications for employee engagement events.Provide support to the HR team with onboarding efforts and assist with event planning for new employee orientations including event prep, procurement, reimbursements and document maintenance.Work with the Internal Communications team and serve as a point of contact to update and maintain content for the organizational calendar of events on internal intranet.Support the recruitment team with recruitment efforts and events and the learning and development team with logistical planning as needed.In collaboration with HR, update, own and maintain the Texas Development org chart.Provide scheduling/travel planning support to executive director as needed.Additional duties as assigned
