As our Payroll Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Managing the exempt employee bi-weekly payroll

  • Reviewing Quarterly and Annual tax information with ADP

  • Working closely with HR and our parent company with reporting as needed

  • Owning the EDCP and HSA process

  • Owning the payroll process for Canadian employees including preparing journal entries for entry

  • Creating and uploading Intercompany payroll expense into Oracle

  • Assisting with the integration of acquisitions

    What we will love about your background:

  • Advanced knowledge of payroll and tax laws

  • 5+ years working in a fast paced multi-state payroll environment

  • Basic accounting knowledge

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associates degree preferred

  • FCP or CPP a plus
