Serve as the first point of contact for all departmental IT help requests, providing guidance and support across a range of issues and platforms (Linux, Windows, Mac).Support departmental and university events by setting up and managing AV equipment, furniture, and providing necessary training and assistance.Engage in physical tasks such as office onboarding/offboarding, equipment delivery, furniture moving, and maintenance of large machines.Play an active role in team-based tasks including lab cleaning, handling emergency facilities issues, and other operational needs.Provide specialized level-two support for Windows OS and hardware, as well as general A/V technology.Interact professionally with all levels of faculty, staff, and students, providing clear explanations and solutions.Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects and departmental initiatives.Stay current with the latest technology trends and continually develop new technical skills.Other related duties as assigned
