Research Intervention Study Support:Collaborate with the Experimental Research Design Director in planning and writing study intervention and control materials based on participant feedback and pilot results.Synthesize information from multiple sources to present to professional, scientific and/or laymen audiences. Conduct user interviews for prototype feedback and design engaging activities for participants.Assist in updating surveys using Qualtrics, ensuring adherence to style guides, and implementing necessary features like page breaks, timers, and response requirements.Identify areas for improvement and innovation by staying up to date on industry trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.Support the maintenance of a digital archive of all study materials, including teacher and student-level measures used across projects and publications.Quality Assurance and Review:Closely copy-edit intervention materials for readability, tone, spelling, and grammar.Thoroughly test surveys according to testing protocols, including logic branches, piped text, and email triggers.Team Coordination and Administrative Tasks:Lead the scheduling of research team meetings, send summaries, reminders, and take notes during meetings.Maintain detailed record-keeping for analyses, organizing folders, naming variables consistently, and tracking measures used across surveys.Create training manuals and protocols for intervention design procedures.
