Assist with checking in visitors to the museum and providing them with basic museum information, while maintaining a cheerful and welcoming attitude.Proactively and warmly welcome visitors, respond to questions, offer guidance and encourage museum membership sales.Check in museum visitors and make visitor reservations in Altru ticketing database. Monitor daily ticket flow and communicate with Visitor Services and Security staff members regarding any challenges or special issues.Answer telephone and handle messages for the department.Greet visitors at Information Desk. Keep apprised on current and upcoming exhibitions, programs, marketing campaigns, and nearby amenities.Be knowledgeable of museum membership plans and offer to museum visitors.Provide accurate reporting of daily sales and balance daily sales drawer.Work in any area of the museum or museum building as requested.
