The Training Assistant provides total administrative support to all training staff functions for Wagner Training Institute (WTI) in a manner that reflects the companys vision of working as One Professional Team. Pay Rate:$19.21 - $26.77 per hour Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Handles all registrations, enrollments, and confirmations, for all training conducted through WTI (Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas) Maintains designated learning management system by keeping class and student history information current Assists in preparing materials, room reservations, lunches, etc., as it pertains to each class taught by WTI Maintains and orders all supplies/forms for WTI Handles special projects as assigned by manager Assists with the coordination of pathways (Apprentice Program, etc.) Assist with maintaining and coordinating safety training programs, records, and employee files Assists Technical Training Coordinator in managing the Dealer Performance Center (DPC) Maintains WTI library Maintains supplies, stockroom, and refreshments Serves as an informational resources for training-related items Acts as the primary contact for WTI Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Interacts regularly with other WTI team members to keep relevant department information current Other duties as assigned by manager Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Additional courses in office skills and/or business practices 5+ years experience in a position responsible for a broad range of administrative duties 5+ years customer service experience Physical Demands & Competencies: Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of travel Work Environment: Noise: Quiet Indoors Other Duties: Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.
