Recruitment Onboarding Specialist - Full Time

Location: Denver, CO

Rate: $22.00/HR

Prior experience working in an office environment where professionalism, punctuality and team collaboration is a must. If you are outgoing and enjoy talking with new applicants this could be the job for you. Our Recruitment Onboarding Specialists have responsibility for screening new candidates through Oracle HCM, completing contingent employment offers, initiating and monitoring background checks as well as scheduling and guiding our new employees through their onboarding experience.

As a Recruitment Onboarding Specialist, you will sit at the front desk, interact with guests, employees and clients. In this role you will also help recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:

  • Answer phones

  • Greet guests

  • Recruiting - phone screens, interviewing, job offers

  • Maintain personnel files

  • Assist with new hire training and orientation

  • Participates in job fairs

  • Various HR/Administrative duties

  • District Manager & HR Support

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Standard computer / technology skills needed

  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

  • Customer service background preferred

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

  • Must have great attention to detail
