D&W is looking for a Technical Sales and Support Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in Auburn New York. Technical Sales and Support Specialists are responsible for customer service functions related to Truck & Tank Equipment and Hydraulic Products.Job Responsibilities:•Handle incoming calls, process orders and solve customer issues•Provide technical support to our customers, outside sales force and our branches•Keep order information updated and communicated to customers•Provide product application support to customersJob Requirements:•Exceptional customer service mentality•Ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Strong mechanical aptitude•Energetic with a good sense of urgency•Prior experience with hydraulics, pneumatics or other bulk transfer equipment is a plus but not required•Previous computer experience should include word processing, spreadsheets and database use•Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and prioritize effectivelyD&W Diesel, Inc. is an employee owned, $120 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations.
