Direct analysis of engineering specifications and manufacturing processes to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product; Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for production control and management tasks; Plan and implement procedures for materials handling, production, equipment operation, scheduled maintenance, and repairs; Analyze production data to indicate efficiency and production cost; Provide solutions for any engineering issues; Determine manufacturing schedules, task assignments, and resource allocations to meet the client’s requirements; Implement the transfer processes of airbag manufacturing technology; Supervise trial runs and coordinate system configurations as needed; and Plan, supervise, and direct inventory maintenance, storage, and procurement schedule. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 24 months of experience in engineering or general manager positions
