We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our established Talent Acquisition team located in Atlanta, US, currently a team of two. In this exciting and diverse role, you will advice and support internal hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while acting as a content expert and contribute to continues improvements. From our Atlanta office, Talent Acquisition supports managers in the Americas region, which includes US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. You will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, divided into three regions AMERICA, EMEA and APAC and you will report to the Director Global Talent Acquisition (located in Stockholm, Sweden).

Responsibilities: Being a strategic partner and a single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a successful and compliant process Coach, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders during a recruitment process Keep our ATS (Workday) updated according to set standards Identifying and actively contributing to continues improvements Provide and present TA KPI's to decision makers to support business decisions upon request

What you bring: University degree (BS or higher) in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalent Fluency in English, both spoken and written Fluency in French and/or Spanish is preferred Documented hands-on experience with full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment in a dynamic, complex, international working environment Documented knowledge and practical experience in using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - preferably with Workday High level of user knowledge in software applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
