Sr Pricing Manager

As a Sr Pricing Manager here at Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth. You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and strategic thinking will be essential in driving pricing strategies and achieving results.

In this role, you will impact the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and competitive landscape will enable the organization to make informed pricing decisions, stay competitive, and capture market opportunities. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives, fostering alignment and maximizing the impact of pricing strategies across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement • Manage the pricing deal desk team and policies • Support the creation, automation and maintenance of select non-pricing dashboards and analytics

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or related business intelligence field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
