Senior Manager, Customer Consulting - Marketing (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Atlanta, GA. Help clients design customer strategies that address the customers needs and desired outcomes. Build connections between digital and analog channels, providing personalized and contextually rich experiences utilizing technology and analytics. Enhance the overall customer experience by actively engaging customers, products, partners, and employees. Develop marketing strategies and operating models, portfolio and brand management, and improve the channel strategies. Manage financial analysis, model demand and capacity, and report on operational performance. Coach and supervise the team.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Leveraging marketing knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client proposals;
- Implementing technology in Adobe Commerce, Adobe Marketo Engage, and/or Adobe Real-Time CDP, including configuring the environment and leading solution demos;
- Mapping marketing, commerce and business strategies into architecture and technology strategy; and
- Understanding B2B and B2C digital marketing and/or commerce platforms.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel required up to 80%.
