Equifax is looking for a Sales Operations and Analytics Consultant to join our Sales Operations and Enablement team. We are looking for a self-motivated person that will be part of team responsible for enabling the Equifax Sales revenue growth through the utilization of both analytical and technical skills in Tableau. The applicant should be comfortable consulting with sales leaders to identify needs and make recommendations for solutions. This position provides an exciting multifaceted opportunity to a candidate that is highly motivated to succeed, a fast learner, and passionate about solving problems. It is estimated that he role will spend around 70% of the time on Tableau related consultation and design, 25% of the time on data integrity and maintenance, 5% on other user maintenance tasks. This position follows a hybrid framework requiring in-office presence at either our Alpharetta or Midtown locations.

What you'll do Performs as part of a team responsible for enabling the Equifax Sales revenue growth through the utilization of both analytical and technical skills Leads discovery sessions and then performs data analytics across a diverse set of complex verticals to identify opportunities and trends to drive better business decisions and revenue growth for senior leadership Consults with senior sales leaders and managers to understand business drivers then utilizes data driven analytics to provide them the needed visibility; provides valuable trends/insights by performing complex analysis utilizing multiple tools and databases Designs and delivers best in class Tableau dashboarding to increases visibility and track key performance indicators/metrics Maintains and refines best in class Tableau dashboarding based on regular end user feedback Partners with data stewards to create curated master data sets for sales user dashboarding Supports territory and quota management process as part of larger team through responding to sales inquiries and ensuring proper routing of disputes. Supports Tableau eco-system by actively managing user licenses and allotment

What experience you need Minimum 1 years' experience in Tableau environments Bachelor's degree required. Business field preferred Knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems preferred Google Workspace and Excel skills required High level of organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Experience with business intelligence platforms is ideal Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work either independently or in a team environment
