The Privacy Program Manager will report to the Senior Director, Privacy Engineering, and will support governance processes and projects for the Global Privacy and Compliance Programs. The position will partner with Security, Technology, Legal, Data and Analytics, and other internal stakeholders to support operations, program initiatives, and organizational reporting. This position will manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables, as well as support other Global Privacy and Compliance Program initiatives.

The Privacy Program Manager will be a versatile team player and be enthusiastic in addressing new challenges as we continue to mature our Global Privacy and Compliance Programs.

As part of the Global Privacy and Compliance team, this role reports to the Senior Director, Data Privacy. It offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week as well as In-office 3 days a week from our newly-renovated office located in Midtown. (This is NOT a fully-remote role) What You'll Do : Maintain and develop standard operating procedures, job aids, and other supporting documentation for internal applications. Support program maturity by developing and implementing improvements related to program reporting and metrics. Engage with internal stakeholders for program support, develop business and functional requirements, and facilitate issue resolution. Manage, monitor, and maintain all existing program dashboards and reports relating to Data Protection and Data Governance as well as develop new reports as needed. Identify, analyze, and support the resolution of issues related to internal applications, program metrics, and reporting. What Experience You Need : Minimum of three (3) years as a business analyst, program manager, or similar role. Bachelor's degree -- focused on Information Systems, Data Science and Technology, Computer Science, Business, or similar field. Experience in data analysis, reporting, data validation, data visualization or storytelling, and process improvement is required. Strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking, and consulting skills. Experience in reporting on operational data, developing operational metrics, and navigating complex technical environments. Demonstrated partnering skills, with experience coordinating initiatives with partners in a multinational organization. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to appropriately prioritize assignments and meet deadlines is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on informing, influencing and relationship building for both technical and non-technical partners. What Could Set You Apart : Experience using AuditBoard and/or ServiceNow would be a big plus. Publicly-traded company experience is highly preferred Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and/or SQL experience is a plus Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
