Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, bearings, conveyors, pulleys, gear boxes, hydraulics/pneumatics, and motors. The successful candidate will support, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment within a high-speed manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs.
Troubleshoot and repair bearings, conveyors, pulleys, gear boxes, hydraulics/pneumatics, and motors.
Assist with basic duties and changeovers.
Support and repair production and facility equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Conduct welding and fabrication (Arc Welding).
Essential Skills
Experience troubleshooting PLCs.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing bearings, conveyors, pulleys, gear boxes, hydraulics/pneumatics, and motors.
Experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience within a food/beverage manufacturing facility.
Experience with welding/fabrication (Arc Welding).
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical repair, and 3-phase electrical systems.
Experience with Siemens PLC, MIG welding, and TIG welding.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 3rd Shift from 10pm to 6am, Monday through Saturday. The work environment is a food manufacturing facility consisting of three buildings: Production, Receiving/Operations, and Distribution Center. The facility is extremely clean, adhering to strict sanitation measures. Due to the nature of the products, there will be a lot of powder floating in the air, and candidates must not have food allergies to spices.
