MessageGears Enterprise Demand Generation Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

We're looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager to join the Demand Generation team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, you will lead multichannel campaigns, support field marketing outcomes, and work in a highly cross functional role.

Requirements

  • Campaigns: Collaborate on strategy and lead execution of integrated campaigns in 1:1 and 1:few motions with emphasis on middle and bottom of funnel. Essential duties include forecasting, channel selection, copy writing and project management.

  • Field Marketing: Bring creative engagement opportunities to our trade shows, hosted-conference and VIP events. Support pre and post event lead nurturing.

  • Measure & Optimize: Ability to consistently measure performance, interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable changes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with go-to-market leadership, account executives and field marketing; put ego aside to get the buyer in the door, however it happens.

  • Experience: A driven, strategic professional with experience executing account-based marketing, creating custom engagement paths for VIPs and optimising the full funnel.

  • KPIs: Marketing qualified leads/accounts, opps, and, of course, pipeline, are your jam. You want to get deep with a few accounts and be rewarded with whale-sized opps.

  • Buying Groups: You understand how to engage a full buying group, from influencers to decision makers, and are comfortable with a technical audience.

  • Communication: You’re a stellar writer and can easily communicate with team members at HQ or remote.

  • Prior Experience: You have 5+ years demand gen/ABM experience, targeting large companies, at a B2B company and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Preferably 7+ years demand gen/ABM experience at a B2B company

  • Technologies: Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Terminus, GoToWebinar, Salesloft, Salesforce, Cognism (or ZoomInfo), Monday.com
