Join our Team today! The Data Analyst position is a Hybrid role working from our Atlanta, GA location 2-3 days a week.

Position Highlights:

• Data Analysis of user behaviors to identify patterns and trends.

• Utilizing data to identify quality issues and providing recommendations for positive results.

• Investigate, troubleshoot and analyze data issues from all customers.

• Data collection and research from primary and secondary sources to identify organizational needs and areas for improvement.

• Interpretation and presentation of key data metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in a position with data analytics, programming or IT experience preferred.

• Proficient use of technology and strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.

• Must possess effective communication skills.

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical, problem solving, reporting and data visualization skills.
