Creative Circle, LLC Consulting - Workfront Optimization 15197 in Atlanta, Georgia
"Our financial marketing client is seeking consulting support to help optimize their Workfront system to align with their reporting needs and better integrate with Salesforce. Additionally, they will be looking to roll out the software to other departments within the company.Phase One in this consulting gig is estimated to be between 6-8 weeks long. You will be required to travel to the office in Marietta, Georgia to meet stakeholders and teams. If you are local, the client would like for you to visit the office about 20-25 hours a week.By the end of Phase One you must have a strategy and training plan for roll out. The below goals will also be expected from the seasoned Workfront Consultant.Workfront Consultant Primary Goals:-Review and implement improvements to our current usage of Workfront.-Understand our current reporting needs and help implement changes that will make data collection easier.-Introduce Salesforce integration tools that will help us share client information between Workfront and Salesforce.-Conduct internal stakeholder meetings and help improve how each team uses Workfront.-Help optimize our project request forms and issues without losing historical data.-Find solutions to better track project scope changes.-Align project input, resourcing and reporting across project request types, with the ability to scale to other departments.-Develop rollout strategy and training plan for onboarding additional departments into Workfront.Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
