The Commercial Operations team is seeking a highly motivated summer intern to join us for an 8-week program. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data in Salesforce.com, the platform that powers our sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Work within the Salesforce.com platform to assist with data cleansing, validation, and migration projects. Analyze and identify inconsistencies in existing customer and install base information. Research and update missing or inaccurate data points in Salesforce.com. Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and integrity. Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and support decision-making. Assist the Commercial Operations team with other projects as assigned. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (prefer data science/analytics related) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eager to learn and take initiative What youll get In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
