Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact.

  • Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.

  • Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions.

  • Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary.

  • Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.

  • Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success.

  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change.

  • Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience.

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.

  • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
