Aaron's Inc Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia

Summary: Functions as a customer service-oriented sales person. Processes, modifies, and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels. Successful incumbents must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service related calls, the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers, and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests · Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times · Assists new and existing customers through the online order process · Answers calls coming into the center pertaining to various customer service issues · Takes complaint calls, documents issues that arise at stores, and emails them to upper management

Required Education,

Experience and Certifications: · High school diploma or equivalent · Sales / Customer Service experience preferred · Knowledge of customer service principles and practices · Knowledge of relevant computer applications · Knowledge of administrative procedures · Experience with numeric, oral, and written language applications · Product knowledge

Required Skills and

Competencies:

· Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skills · Strong ability to multi-task · Bi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish
