A Day in the Life

We are hiring a Clinical & Technical Support Specialist to join our medical technology operations in Greece. This is an opportunity to provide thorough and in depth clinical and technical support for Cardiac Ablation to a wide range of clinical base including physicians, nurses, technicians and operating room personnel. You will play a key role in supporting the sales representative with extending and develop the customer product portfolio and accounts. With a passion for helping patients and a commercial mindset, you will make a significant difference in Greece.

We offer you a position where you can work independently while improving the lives of people suffering for Atrial Arrhythmias. You will spend much time at the hospitals, educating and supporting doctors and nurses in the cath lab. You will be part of a strong team that supports each, and you will work especially close with the Sales and Clinical Specialists in Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical support as well as education to Medtronic customers in the area of Cardiac ablation technology

• Support case coverage and sales support in the entire country

• Support country sales strategy; working with sales representatives and manager to be the chosen supplier and achieve business plans

• Act as liaison between sales personnel and technical staff

• Technical and scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations

• Support Operating Unit activities including but not limited to; training, PO collection, inventory management

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines.

• 3+ years of clinical experience.

• Fluency in English – Other European languages are a plus.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, life science industry.

• Ability to work well is a cross-functional environment.

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to be flexible and travel as required.

• Mastery of standard PC tools is essential.

• Independent, self-reliant thinking and acting as well as a sense of responsibility.

• Enthusiasm and decisiveness.

• Ability to work in EP Labs
