Description We are looking for an Inventory Clerk based in Athens, Alabama. The role involves ensuring the timely arrival of materials at the plant, maintaining inventory procedures, and managing supply chain operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the automotive and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the timely arrival of materials at the plant

• Maintain and update inventory procedures

• Manage supply chain operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Conduct regular audits of inventory

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for inventory tracking and analysis

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and other administrative tasks

• Handle any discrepancies or issues related to inventory

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

• Utilize skills in inventory analysis and tracking to maintain accurate inventory records. Requirements • Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Cash Activity

• Demonstrable ability in Data Entry

• Expertise in Inventory Analysis and Inventory Tracking

• Ability to accurately maintain and monitor stock levels

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Strong ethical conduct and understanding of confidentiality

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
