  • Undergraduates or graduates in engineering or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies (Short work experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus

Main Purpose of the Job

As a support of Category Production Planner you will contribute in building robust production plans that ensures the right level of inventory for both Finished and semi-finished goods at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimising cost (optimize service at the best E2E cost). You will support monitoring factory performance, identify potential capacity risks and stablish action plans with the operations community.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

  • Review production plan on a weekly basis to ensure the right level of service to our customers.

  • Prepare analysis to support decision making process : capacity management, stock management, factory line performance, etc..

  • Identify short term supply risk and communicate to the relevant stakeholders

  • Support in setting the right stock policies

  • Participate in projects to improve inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs.

  • Factory production and supply chain

  • Customer service, Warehouse, Logistics and Transport

  • Demand and IMS planners in the Markets

What will make you successful

  • Management engineering degree or equivalent

  • Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)

  • Strong communication and relational skills

  • Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach

  • Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

  • Fluent English and Italian
