What will you do?

As a L7 Sr. Manager, SysDev, you will be responsible for leading the team that owns the execution of the technical roadmap and development of key technology supporting the Sales and Marketing functions. This leader will work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions to support the organization's strategic objectives around improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage a team of SysDev, AppDev, and Solution Architects responsible for the design, development, and delivery of low-code technology solutions supporting Sales and Marketing functions

  • Own the multi-year execution of the roadmap and investment plan for commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions, including integrations with other first-party and third-party tools, system governance, security and data enrichment, and technology infrastructure

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver tools that can scale globally

  • Partner with Product to conduct discovery and market research to evaluate new COTS products

  • Implement agile development processes, DevOps practices, and robust testing to deliver high-quality, scalable software products

  • Hire, develop, and retain top technical talent to build a high-performing, innovative team

  • About 10% travel required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, CMS) with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/people manager role

  • Experience with integrating first-party and third-party platforms via API

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade technology solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • One or more Salesforce certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Experience with software engineering

  • Experience with APEX or similar object-oriented programing language
