The CACI team is looking to for a Senior Program Analyst to support our contract with the Department of State in Rosslyn, VA. You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the Department of State by combining program analyst expertise with executive-level administrative responsibilities. This position involves overseeing and enhancing program performance while providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership. The individual in this role demands exceptional analytical skills, project management abilities, and the capacity to manage executive office operations efficiently.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare materials for executive meetings, attend and take minutes, and follow-up on action items.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Drive cross-functional projects to achieve business objectives and track progress.

  • Analyze data and metrics to make informed recommendations for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with government leads to implement operational enhancements.

  • Assist in fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement with government leadership and executives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or related discipline with 5-8 years of related experience.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft office).

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in software development languages and tools, as well as the ability to understand technical requirements.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
