You Are:

A highly-motivated Proposal Coordinator who plays an integral role in the development and delivery of proposals for a variety of Federal Government customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and support the Proposal Manager with administrative day-to-day proposal activities, team communications, and document control. You should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation. Responsibilities include:

The Work:

  • Schedules meetings (e.g., proposal kickoff, proposal reviews, daily standups) and conference rooms ensuring proper attendees are invited.

  • Support color reviews in adherence to AFS Business Development workstreams, and as assigned by the PM. Duties may include scheduling color review kick-offs, debriefs, or follow-up meetings related to the review; confirming reviewer availability and participation; drafting and sending color team review emails; hanging review content for wall walks on-site; consolidating all reviewer comments into the master version for recovery; communicating file locations for authors.

  • Maintains list of action items for each proposal and follows up to ensure items are completed or to obtain updated status at regular intervals.

  • Maintains and ensures proposal contact lists are up-to-date.

  • Adds and removes users from proposal site as required. Ensures each user has proper privileges.

  • Coordinates and provides work direction for graphics and desktop publishing support for proposal.

  • Interfaces with Proposal Managers, Solution Architects, Authors, Graphics, and Editors to ensure consistency, compliance and accuracy of messages across proposal lifecycle.

  • Supports Proposal manager in maintaining compliance matrix against RFP/TO compliance requirements.

  • Identifies relevant baseline material to populate RFP/TO response template in accordance with RFP/TO compliance matrix sections and page counts.

  • Coordinates activities of operations organizations, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Contracts, Legal & Compliance and Pricing

  • Contributes to continuous improvement activities.

  • As required for backup and production purposes, maintains latest proposal documents on the shared drive and copies documents to the shared drive on a regular basis

Here's what you need:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Word)

  • Knowledge of SharePoint, document production and file version

  • Administrative/scheduling experience in high demand, fast paced environment

  • Familiarity with components of a Federal RFP

Bonus points if you have:

  • 2 years of experience in a Federal Proposal environment

  • 1 year of experience in a Federal Proposal Printing/Production environment

  • Document Formatting/Desk Top Publishing (DTP)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$54,000—$116,000 USD
