ManpowerGroup Production Group Leader in Arlington, Texas

Our client, a well-known organization in the automotive manufacturing industry , is seeking a Production Group Leader in Arlington, TX . This is a 12-Month contract with potential to extend and/or convert to FTE.

Job Title: Production Group Leader

Location: Arlington, TX 76010

Contract Duration: 12- Month Contract

Pay Range: $42-$44 / HR + Benefits

Schedule: Flexibility required to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, Monday - Saturday, 1st (5:30am to 2:30pm), 2nd (1:30pm to 10:30pm), or 3rd (9:30pm to 6:30am), Rotation may be required after several months.

Job Requirements:

  • Communicating schedule requirements with hourly employees, per special hours

  • Oversee and track employee's clock-in, pay codes, position where to work, employee training, repositioning employee job placements, as needed, and communicating to other shifts according to personnel count need

  • Report numbers to crew leads, ensure completion of preventative maintenance tasks

  • Be available, answering work cell phone calls with need

  • Respond and address down times

  • Daily shift meetings

  • Collaborate with other group leaders within the body shop facility, including crew leaders and shift leaders

  • Addressing any issues regarding to quality or material and occasionally with stamping

*Temperature-controlled Bodyshop Facility over 1M SQ FT with Breakroom

Requirements:

  • 2-Year Associate Degree required, any business-related degree in preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience of people supervision

  • Flexibility with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift requirements
