Shift:

• 2nd: 2:45p to 11p Monday to Friday)

• 3rd: 10:45p to 7a (Sunday to Thursday)

• Great Education Program - Workers and their families can go to school for free. Will go to a local University. Will need to pass classes for them to be paid for.

Perfect Candidate:

• Must Have Associates Degree, Certificate, or Journeyman to be considered for the lead.

• Must be able to read ladder logic and read the inputs/outs in the logic

• Must read schematic

• Must have 4+yrs of industrial electrician experience

• Must be able to use a volt meter

Description:

• Maintenance on rollers, grinding machines, mixing tanks, batch tanks, dumpers, piston fillers, filling machines, chain drives, cutting equipment, conveyors and various other proprietary equipment

• Will be performing 80/20 electrical vs mechanical maintenance on machines

• Will also change bearings, sprockets, chains, troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, valves, sensors, pumps, machine realignments, conveyors etc.

• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnosing up to 480v single phase and three phase

• PLC troubleshooting of Allen Bradley series 5 and 500 PLC

• Reading of blueprints and schematics

• Lifting up to 50lbs

• Will perform general shop clean up

• General building maintenance as needed
