We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality across our facilities. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing designated areas.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to facilities and equipment as needed.
- Assist with setup and teardown for events and meetings.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
- Communicate any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
