JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Inventory Analyst will utilize Demand Solutions/Logility demand planning solutions and the Microsoft Dynamics D365 software to analyze and manage activities involved with maintaining proper inventory levels at all designated locations for assigned product lines. Additionally, this role will fulfill all buying responsibilities as defined on the Inventory Groups SOPs. This role will work out of our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, plan and purchase orders for assigned product lines utilizing Demand Solutions / Logility Requirements Planning software Forecast future customer demand using Demand Solutions / Logility Forecast Manager on assigned product lines Confer with vendors to confirm product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule Determine method of procurement such as direct purchase or product transfer Proved systems analysis and troubleshoot problems related to inventory using Demand Solutions, Logility, Microsoft Dynamics - D365, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI software Maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, and inventories Ensure that pricing on purchase orders is accurate and will match supplier invoices Expedite delivery of goods Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt of product Perform other related duties as required and assigned Live our values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial Spirit Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization Continuously learn and develop self professionally Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Business, a related field, or the equivalent experience 2+ years experience in product management or purchasing in a related industry Excellent analytical, problem solving, process improvement, communication, and organizational abilities Skilled in computer software demand planning applications Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive, open-minded, and results oriented manner Detail, results, and team oriented as well as professional under...
