Then we want you to join Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI as an Adult Residential Support Professional at Grandstone! Grandstone is an 8 bed residential facility providing 24 hour supervision for adults with mental health and/or addictions issues who are experiencing a crisis from any of life\'s difficult circumstances. We offer support to clients through various educational groups, transportation to appointments, medication management, and by helping them develop or strengthen their basic and instrumental activities of daily living. This is a full time, 2nd shift opportunity, 40 hours a week opportunity with hours from 2pm-10pm. De-escalates crisis situations using non-restrictive techniques Provides support to individuals, advocates and assesses problems and establishes a recovery focused environment within the individual\'s home, group living or community.
