Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in and around Apopka, FL. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $25/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Perform maintenance repairs and installations of HVAC sysstems in accordance with company standards & industry best practices
Maintain, install, & repair air conditioning ventilation & heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
Diagnose & troubleshoot HVAC system issues & recommend necessary repairs or replacements
Perform repairs & replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, & coils
Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries & concerns in a timely & professional manner
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, & installations
Collaborate with property manager & maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents
Categorize & organize inventory
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Training or Certification in HVAC Repair & Installation Preferred
4+ Years of Experience in Trade
Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems including troubleshooting, repair, & installation techniques
Familiarity with Tools & Equipment used in HVAC Maintenance & Repair
Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
Attention to Detail
Valid DL
Clean Driving Record
EPA Certification for handling Refrigerants is a Plus
