Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Andover, Connecticut

Description We are in search of a diligent Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the Managed Services industry, based in ANDOVER, Connecticut. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and primarily involves providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining strong interpersonal communications. You will be responsible for supporting software and technologies, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with users and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for various software and technologies including but not limited to Office365, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.

• Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the IT field

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and vendors

• Demonstrate a passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service

• Show dependability and flexibility in managing tasks and scheduling

• Have experience with HP, HPE, Office365, Fortinet or similar security vendor, Cisco, and Citrix technologies

• Be well-organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, and well-spoken

• Utilize Active Directory skills in performing job functions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Managed Services industry

• Proficient in using Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven experience in customer support and service

• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience

• Experience in data analysis and report writing

• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

• Accepts feedback and is comfortable under pressure
