The Proposal Writer will be primarily

responsible for the development and writing of Request for Proposals (RFP),

security questionnaires, as well as providing general support to our various

sales teams. This position is part of the Global Proposal team which is a vital

function in the company’s ability to win new business and retain current customers.

This position requires a talented individual with strong writing skills and

attention to detail who can thrive in a deadline-driven environment. It

requires the ability to work independently while also working within a team

environment (it’s a great team with a lot of smart and fun individuals!).

This position

is Hybrid and will report to

the Director of Global Proposal Management. Success in this role can lead to advancement

within the team and opportunities in other areas of the business.

In this role you will…

• Develop and coordinate timely RFP and security questionnaire responses to ensure compliance to prospect and client requirements.

• Interpret technical and functional business requirements to relevantly answer qualifying and purchasing questions.

• Collaborate with other teams and functions within the company (e.g., security, product, legal, finance) to complete responses.

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, products, and market positioning.

• Participate in daily team assignment meetings and support your fellow proposal writers.

• Become an expert in the software we use to answer RFPs (Ovidian).

You’ve got what it takesif you have…

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.

• Strong project and time management skills.

• Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.

• Better than average proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work independently but also within a team environment.

Not mandatory, but willput you at the top of the list….

• Experience in writing and managing RFPs and pursuit processes.

• Experience with our proposal software tool, Qvidian.

• Experience in the Talent Management and HCM software market.
