Description Project Manager Assistant

Immediate opening for a Project Manager Assistant to work on site in Anderson, SC

The duties of the Project Manager Assistant will include:

Work closely with Project Managers to track and communicate production progress against customer request dates.

Facilitate traceability and responses to queries from project management team to the production team.

Collaborate with the planning team to track planned dates vs. required delivery.

Escalation of risk associated with schedule based on MAS start, FA start, Test.

Communicate risk related to materials, quality or purchasing.

Create visibility to shipping readiness and completion back to the Project Management team and leaders.

Skills and experience needed for Project Manager Assistant:

Bachelor’s Degree or experience in manufacturing and project management.

PMP Preferred Requirements Customer Service, Planning, Materials Handling, Quality, Project Management, Production, Progress, Communication Skills, Shipping, Collaboration, Queries, TeamWork, Manufacturing, Coordinating Schedules, PMP Certification, Traceability
