We are seeking a talented Analyst to join our Amsterdam team within the Life Science Solutions (LSS) division. In this role, you will work with Biology and Biomedical solutions like Embase, Pharmapendium, and Embiology. About the Role

Join our team to play a pivotal role in analysing customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patterns in Biology and Biomedical sciences. You will leverage AI to drive initiatives, enhance product positioning, and collaborate with various teams. This role involves supporting go-to-market projects, executing release plans for products such as Embase, Pharmapendium, and Embiology, and maintaining open communication lines between different departments. Shape the future of AI-driven solutions in the Biology and Biomedical field with us.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing quantitative analysis to analyze end-user behavior, feedback, and usage patterns in the Biology and Biomedical sector. Gain insights into customer behaviors, buying preferences, and trends. Utilize various data sources to inform decision-making.

• Identifying and communicating what constitutes end-user success to enhance the positioning and offering of our solutions and services, such as Embase, Pharmapendium, and Embiology.

• Performing a range of functions including analytics, modelling, data management, and reporting solutions, utilizing a mix of statistical techniques and AI technologies where appropriate.

• Solving and automate routine analysis using standardized reports/dashboards while exploring innovative new insights that can inform key decisions for our future strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role

• Experience with web analytics solutions e.g.: Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Pendo or similar tools

• Experience with developing standard reporting dashboards using Tableau and SQL

• Strong focus on improving end-user experience and satisfaction in the Biology and Biomedical field.
