Job Description

Oracle is looking for Cloud @ Customer (C@C) co prime sales reps. You will preferably be a C@C expert with relevant industry knowledge, including use cases, references, an Oracle footprint, and you will understand the commercial and technical elements of a deal.

The C@C co prime sales rep will be accountable for taking ownership of a deal from qualified opportunity until closing with the customer. You will own the technical conversation with the customer and work closely with Oracle internal teams to ensure the right people are in place for each step of the deal.

The C@C Co-Prime Sales rep will work in close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth and accelerate customer engagement .

Responsibilities

The C@C Co-Prime Sales role is critical in identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and signing new contracts and projects to drive overall revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the implementation of Oracle’s C@C strategy and work with the local teams in ensuring strategic CxO engagement in your territories

  • Promote the adoption of Oracle´s C@C solution through prime Oracle channels to the market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Cloud sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities on targeted accounts or provide opportunity support for Prime Technology and Partner Sales teams within your territory.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop and deliver customized solutions for customers.

  • Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to showcase our C@C Solutions.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies.

  • Establish a referenceable customer base within your territory by leading the incubation of C@C solutions, including customer use and advocacy of strategic customers.

  • Encourage and support the adoption and consumption of our IT operation management as well as monitoring in the cloud.

  • Be a champion for Oracle’s Cloud strategy, capable of articulating this to customers and partners

  • Be a champion for Oracle’s current and future cloud products and services

  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are available when required

What You’ll Bring

  • Consistent track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle´s C@C strategy

  • Track record in positioning and selling large and complex projects. Considerable commercial creativity in deal-forming. Familiarity with complex deal approvals

  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation conversation with CxO level customers

  • Experience in dealing with CIO, CTO, CxO of Tier 1 customers with demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships

  • Extensive knowledge and C-level IT contacts in a particular industry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities.

  • Proven successful and highly attuned influencing skills.

  • Proficient in English.
