Summary:

Meta is seeking an Agency Partner to join our Benelux Global Business Group team in Amsterdam. The Agency Partner will be responsible for a book of business with leading digital marketing agencies in Benelux to grow revenue and increase Meta product adoption. The ideal candidate owns the overall business results derived through Meta platforms by building joint plans, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring quality execution at agency level. We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic business driver who puts agencies and their clients at the core of everything, has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate has extensive experience with both Meta and competitor products, and a proven ability to influence agency relationships at all levels of the organization – both executive leadership and more technically-oriented heads of media and product. Candidates must have a deep understanding of the agency industry, competitive landscape for digital media buying, and the unique challenges faced by local digital agencies in the market. Success in this position requires strategic skills in combination with strong project management, high adaptability, agility and drive execution at scale. The ideal candidate is able to work together with agencies and Meta sales teams across verticals and geographies that might require differentiated support to grow the business. Candidates must be quick learners, have a collaborative and innovative spirit and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.This position will be based in our Amsterdam office reporting into the Head of agency.

Required Skills:

Agency Partner Benelux Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop key agency accounts: deliver revenue across the allocated agency portfolio and determine new, untapped growth opportunities while driving current revenue streams.

  2. Lead and Influence with strategy based on the agency's strength to grow priority accounts.

  3. Build and manage relationships within all agencies, develop strong C-level relationships with agency leadership and manage accountability on joint goals.

  4. Closely collaborate with Meta’s cross-functional community to develop and execute agency strategies to maximize growth.

  5. Create, implement and track solution adoption goals across the entire agency to ensure excellent understanding of Meta value proposition and products.

  6. Identify and pitch transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers.

  7. Identify key frictions and barriers specific to these agencies and lead to pivot away with solutions.

  8. Closely collaborate with sales teams to make key clients of agency grow.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in Marketing, Agency, Media and/or consulting role.

  2. Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short and long-term plans.

  3. Strong project management (including solid execution), communication and prioritization skills and internal/external partner management.

  4. Has experience pitching and managing digital (campaign) strategies and is able to differentiate Meta's solution strength against competing products.

  5. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required.

  6. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships and expectations across different stakeholders to generate positive results.

  7. Understanding of Meta value to marketers and agencies and how technology works - represent Meta’s Family of Apps at key industry events and gatherings.

  8. Quick learner with curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, highly-organized and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.

  9. Fluency in English.

  10. Willing to travel (20%).
