As an Ad Sales Manager for Amazon Ads' Benelux team, you will drive the success and continued growth of our full-funnel advertising solutions in the Benelux region. Our advertising offerings leverage Amazon's insights and technology to help brand advertisers and their agency partners achieve measurable outcomes across the customer journey. These solutions empower businesses to build brand awareness, drive product sales, and reach consumers through engaging, cross-device campaigns.

In this role, you will use your extensive media experience to sell a broad range of video and connected TV advertising solutions, as well as complementary full-funnel offerings, that will help your clients achieve their business goals. Through existing senior client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach, and deep understanding of the local video advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients. Additionally, you will use your networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop, and manage new accounts or brands.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand Amazon's full-funnel advertising solutions, with a focus on video advertising opportunities, and help build relevant, impactful campaigns for your Benelux clients

• Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, in particular in the TV and Digital landscape.

• Stay up-to-date on the evolving video advertising industry in the Benelux, competitive landscape, and product offerings to position Amazon Ads as a premier advertising partner

• Utilize sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals

• Work closely and partner with internal teams, such as account management, go-to-market, and product teams, to provide holistic advertising solutions

• Negotiate and close annual advertising commitments with agency and advertisers’ stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of media sales experience

• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills

• Proven track record of successfully selling complex, high-value advertising solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate product features into business benefits

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate the decision-making process within large organizations to consistently close deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of agency experience

  • Thorough understanding of the Benelux video advertising landscape, including trends and the evolving digital advertising ecosystem

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer success

  • Proficient in using sales automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to optimize sales strategies
