The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Clinical Operations has responsibility for developing and leading the Clinical Programs for AdventHealth Physician Enterprise practices. The Director does this through expertise in practice workflows, electronic health record, clinical operation, and performance improvement methodologies The Director provides overall strategic planning; administrative, regulatory, financial and quality outcomes for Clinical Programs and practice performance across the organization. The Director collaborates with system clinical, operational and AIT leaders to develop and implement clinical programs and processes, maintaining documentation, training and standards that meet all stated goals and requirements. The Director leads Regulatory Compliance in collaboration with the MSO across the organization developing risk mitigation and outcome optimization strategies. The Director translates clinical best practices and standards of care into a patient and provider experience that seamlessly integrates across the patient's ambulatory care journey.

· Leads the implementation of clinical processes and clinical programs through program discovery, design, spread and optimization phases with a focus on standardization and reduction of practice pattern variation.
· Takes a leadership role in assessing current processes, projects, and programs in order to identify and execute improvement opportunities
· Maintains strong knowledge of current regulatory requirements, best practice clinical standards and evidence based care guidelines acting as a resource to market Operational leadership to ensure that practices are meeting and
· exceeding targets.
· Supports the development of innovate models of care, clinical care team development and optimization and the evolution of current delivery platforms.
· Develops appropriate reporting mechanisms to provide timely and accurate information on clinical initiatives and process improvements.
· Develops and implements evidence based practices across the system, identifying tools, programs and/or clinical decision support that facilitate attaining triple aim goals of value, quality and patient experience.
· Develops audit process for clinical and medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and program standards.
· Lead the documentation content and clinical workflow and work collaboratively with IT leadership to ensure this is applied within the EHR system.
· Ensure clinical product development is evidence-based and clinical content reflects clinical best practice.
· Ensure our clinical products meet necessary health care quality, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
· Keep up to date on clinical/healthcare best practices and standards of care in order to identify and prioritize evolving needs and solutions.
· Critically review and synthesize scientific evidence and clinical materials relevant to PE.
· Support development and creation of patient facing materials and communication.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
· Bachelors Science Degree in a clinical profession - RN, NP or PA
· Masters Degree in a related field
· Minimum 5 years' clinical experience direct patient care setting, preferably ambulatory setting
· Minimum 5 years' leadership experience, large integrated healthcare network Demonstrated history of leading and/or influence strong improvement results in patient experience, physician/app engagement, and/or employee engagement
· Experience in strategic/cultural planning and execution with executive leadership and physicians with the ability to listen, assess, coach, mentor, motivate, and problem solve
· RN or relevant clinical certification
· State licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in healthcare or related field
· Experience using Press Ganey reporting tools
· Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a physician office/practice setting
