Randstad US MSP/SOW Coordinator in Alpharetta, Georgia

SUMMARY:

The MSP SOW Procurement Coordinator assists the client’s project buyers with procuring, managing, and remittance processing of service contracts under Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. Partners with project buyers to enter, provide oversight and manage the lifecycle of SOW’s including supplier invoice administration and settlement. The coordinator works closely with client buyers, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure program services are aligned to changing needs and contractual service levels. Works with client facing team(s) to optimize delivery processes to service clients in a high-quality, cost-effective manner for multiple client work locations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops partnering relationships with client’s project buyer community, learns historical buying patterns, and anticipates future needs of the departments supported by the Managed Service Program (MSP) team.

  • Provides recommendations for SOW classification based on requirements and standards outlined in collaboration with the client and Randstad.

  • Manages all SOW load and oversight activity through the use of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology.

  • Supports supplier requirements, training, and activities.

  • Oversees the use of VMS technology by client project buyers, stakeholders, and service suppliers to ensure transaction activity is recorded within the VMS and supporting technologies are accurate and timely.

  • Evaluates SOW agreement terms for conformity and compliance against client required contractual language and agreement structure; escalates deviations for client approvals/decision making.

  • Supports program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier and client project buyer community to ensure understanding and compliance of VMS technology use and overall program policies.

  • Communicates program procedural changes and updates to engaged suppliers and client-users on time.

  • Confirms suppliers appropriately manage their employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, and off-boarding activities.

  • Provides and analyzes standard program reporting to client buyers and stakeholders, including the support of ad hoc report requests as required.

  • Establishes and maintains a proactive, positive working relationship with client end-users through regular phone and in-person contact (site visits as required) within the assigned market area/service category.

  • Supports the Operations Manager of Randstad MSP (Randstad Managed Service Program) in ensuring financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded as well as full compliance with all Randstad policies and procedures.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 1-3 years of SOW management within an MSP environment or service procurement experience and where applicable, a proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, improved costs and value, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.

  • Previous experience serving in a buyer support function procuring information technology or professional service contracts is preferred.

  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize best practices in purchasing, procurement, and client negotiation.

  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize accounts payable, purchase order, and Vendor Management Systems and tools.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $46,500 - $62,900.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
