Job Title: General Production Worker - Swing Shift

Job Description

Join our production team as a General Production Worker dedicated to manufacturing high-quality wire mesh fencing. This role requires manual labor including loading materials, unloading parts, stacking materials, and assembling wire mesh nets. The successful candidate will monitor equipment operations to detect any malfunctions and ensure a safe and efficient work process.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ALGODONES, New Mexico.

Work Environment

Swing shift schedule from 3PM to 11:30PM, Monday-Friday. The work setting is an industrial environment, with temperature variations - hot in summer and cold in winter. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including steel-toed boots, eye protection, gloves, and jeans. Earbuds are allowed in one ear for music, and ear protection is optional. A hard hat is required in areas where cranes are occasionally used.
